This quote has been an inspiration to me since the first time I heard my high school baseball coach use it. The words are almost like a smack in the face. And what I mean by that is, that everyone is going to do what their suppose to when their coach or teacher is standing there watching them, its the ones that do what their supposed to do even though their figures of authority aren't their to babysit them. That's what seperates the champions from the amateurs.
